About The Haymarket Restaurant and Bar

The Haymarket Restaurant has a retro, swing-era atmosphere, killer cocktails and a NYC-inspired interior which make it stand out on the Liverpool restaurant scene. The intimate dining room has brick-vaulted ceilings and booths, old-school 50s tunes on the stereo and a classic steak and seafood menu with a Pan-Asian twist. We love the hot & sour seafood broth with tiger prawns, clams, calamari and glass noodles, the Reef & Beef with garlic king prawns, scallops, razor clams and beef fillet with marsala sauce and vegetables, and the sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream. The Haymarket is renowned for its excellent service, and provides chilled live music every Thursday–Saturday night.

The Haymarket Restaurant and Bar ,greeted and seated Quickly G & T was very good ,I went for the 3 course with wine Great Chowder full of fish , red snapper really nice and a great cheesecake we also had the Tuna very good , service was good . Guitarist was not bad either , This restaurant is worth going to and is good for couples as about 35 seats , parking easy . Seemed popular without being to busy had to amend the bill to match the site offer .

The Haymarket was excellent value for money with the offer. The place is very smart and would definitely go back. Will recommend to my friends. We had wild mushrooms and a potato and leek soup (like a 'chowder') - both really good. The suckling pig and guinea fowl mains were excellent. The plates were superheated so it was possible to eat slowly without it going cold. the desert was great and big enough to share and so were the cheeses. We were there for over 3 and a half hours - very relaxing!
