The Dylan restaurant was superb!!!! A little on the expensive side and they were a bit slow on serving the main course, but other than that....excellent!

A superb evening at the Dylan Hotel restaurant in Amsterdam. Cannot rate too highly for food, service and atmosphere. Less expensive also than we expected!

We visited The Dylan during our stay in Amsterdam. This is a very formal restaurant with excellent food & very attentive waiters. The wine waiter was especially knowlegeable!

Restaurant Vinkeles in the Dylan hotel offered a wide range of good dishes of fish and meat. Especially the wine suggestions were excellent

What a fantastic evening real quality food with fantastic service in surroundings that far surpass the photos available on our honeymoon and gave us a romantic and fun evening for fantastic value (for what it was and coming from london)

This was my first trip to Vinkeles and I will certainly be back again. The restaurant is tucked away behind a courtyard in this boutique hotel - very chic! We went on a Monday evening and the restaurant was full - a sure sign of its popularity. The food is mouthwateringly divine and every attention is given to the little details with amuse bouche inbetween courses. Definitely a place to visit particularly if you are celebrating something special.

Wow!!! This is one to savour, enjoy and dream about until your next visit. We asked for the Chef's Suggestion menu and also opted for his choice of accompanying wines. This proved to be be a master stroke and was the finest dining we have experienced since Raymond Blanc's Manoir. Perfection.
