About The Conservatory, White House Hotel
A classic, comfortable, pretty restaurant with inviting food and terrific service that's very popular with local businessfolk. The restaurant, aptly named for its quite wonderful conservatory roof that lets you bask in the occasional sun or relax under the stars, features a menu that is a combination of some favourites of British/European cuisine. Try a starter of Grilled sardines with tomato and garlic sauce followed by Baked red snapper fillet with asparagus tips and white wine sauce or opt for the Rack of lamb with garlic herb crust.
Opening hours:
Mon - Sat: 12.30pm - 2.30pm & 6.30pm - 9.45pm

The food at Conservatory Restaurant was good and reasonably priced(Toptable deal was 3 courses for £15.95).However, it was empty apart from us, they didn't seem to know what to do with us! No atmosphere!Review
The Conservatory: Previous review said it was empty when they went. It was empty when we went. If you want a quiet and peaceful meal then it's your place. Food and venue are OK, staff are friendlyReview
The Conservatory White House Hotel restaurant serves reasonable food at reasonable prices. On our visit we were the only customers dining. The service was faultless as you would expect so if you wish to have an intimate uninterupted conversation, then this is the place to dine.Visitors
