This, my local is a truly fantastic restaurant with friendly and professional staff and nice modern decor. The food is definitely a cut above any other Indians in the area. Last night as always it was very tasty. Freshly cooked with top quality ingredients it can be adjusted to suit your tastes and the strength alterterd if you like it mild (like me). Try the Prawn Puri to start it is divine and their peshwari Naan is also not to be missed. Not up for going out. They deliver too :-)

Tandoori Knights really exceeded my expectations last night - I cannot think of a single criticism!! The food was delicious and excellent value for money. The menu was extensive and I would say that there is a choice to suit every need. The service was great too - very attentive and it's nice when you get an honest opinion about their food!! All together - a great evening - I hope to return very soon!

Having been an Indian Food lover for many years, the food at Tandoori Knights was excellant. It was different to other Indian restaurants, the food was freshly cooked, had fresh spices and was easily digested. Starters I had Aloo Puri, which was delicious,lovely light bread, topped with spicey potatoes, main course was Chicken Dhansak, the best I had ever tasted. The service was lovely and friendly, will certainly return there. There was nothing I could fault,

It was the first time we went to Tandoori Knights and wasn't dissapointed. The restaurant was very light, clean and freindly. The service was excellent and the staff were always waiting to serve you. The food was very good and fresh meat and vegetables was used in all their dishes. I think that the hot weather and credit crunch made it less busy than usual, but we did go early. Will be taken other people to the restaurant to see if the second time will be as good. Approx cost £23 per head.

I was looking forward toward spending a quite evening with my friends near my house. And through Toptable I stumbled on this cosy restaraunt in quite area of Shirley. Smiply put excellent service, clean ambience and superb Indian food, what more could we ask for a relaxing evening on saturday. Plain verdict GO try it out.........

This is not my first time to Tandoori Knights! Its becoming a regular to me and my family. The relaxed atmosphere is complimented by the authentic tasting food. The simple dahl dish is bursting with flavours its as good as my mothers! The food is great.(found 6 reviews)
