About Swank!
Located in the bustling Rochester High Street in Kent, Swank! is a vibrant and colourful brasserie that caters for trendy locals and tourists alike. Decked out with a backlit bar, moody lighting scheme and plush carpeting, the dedicated cocktail bar is famous for its drinks menu created by Former World Champion Bartender Peter Marshall, at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas. The restaurant is relaxed and stylish – with chocolate and vanilla coloured leather chairs and sofas – and the British menu at Swank! is a hit with young professionals. Signature dishes include the confit duck spring rolls with mango chutney; and the Tournedos of Salmon with Saffron Potatoes.

Review
Swank is said to be the sexiest bar in Kent and that may just be true! The bar is very trendy with a live dj, but to our relief the dining area is nicely positioned away from the noise. The staff was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. The food was simply delicious! The five of us all had different courses and all were perfectly cooked andpresented. This restaurant is incredible value for money with the special offer, but wouid still be highly recommended at the listed prices!

we dined at swank on a tuesday the atmosphere was nice , i opted for the salmon fishcake to start whilst my partner had the duck spring roll which was a nice flavour and nice and crispy , the fishcake was tasty and the capers give it a great flavour and was nicely finished with a dill butter sauce , we both had steak for main which was tender , and interesting with the shallot butter and nicely presented , we didnt have desert but finished with a nice coffee we will rebook in the future for sureReview
We went to Swank last night to see if it lives up to the hype. After experiencing it first hand, I can only say that it does & then some! I was amazed how somewhere as modern & stunning as this has appeared in Ye Olde Rochester High St. The welcome was warm, the confit duck spring rolls were to die for & my rib eye with shallot butter was the best steak I've EVER had! After eating, we stayed in the beautiful bar for cocktails, as we didn't want to wake up from the dream! Already booked in again!Visitors
