About Suruchi
Located on Edinburgh's Nicholson Street, Suruchi is a friendly Indian restaurant with a family-run feel and a surprising Scottish twist. The welcoming dining room, decorated in warm reds and soft pinks, is popular for celebrations and events, and the award-winning menu draws inspiration from every corner of India. Suruchi's chefs have managed to combine Scottish ingredients with Indian flavours for signature dishes such as the Veggie Haggis Fritters – Haggis in a delicious crispy batter; and the Salmon Tikka – Scottish salmon grilled to perfection on the tandoor. Other popular choices include the famous Nirvana curry – chicken cooked with lemon grass, mustard seeds, curry leaves, lemon and creamed coconut; and the Navratan Kofta – vegetable dumplings in a cashew sauce.
