About Surf & Turf - St Ives
Set in the gorgeous Cambridge town of St Ives, Surf and Turf brings the good old fashioned steak and scampi option bang up to date using the good old fashioned great atmosphere and good food option. The contemporary dining room is tastefully decorated in sophisticated monochrome with natural materials abundant throughout while appropriate sea-themed artwork gets you in just the right frame of mind for a fish-fest. Food is beautifully presented and imaginatively cooked using native fish and locally sourced produce. Expect old favourites with a modern twist such as lobster, scallops and fillet steak put together to create the much talked about Surf and Turf.

Thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Ordered a medium rare fillet steak which arrived perfectly as ordered. It was was the perfect temperature (not like most med rare steaks that are served luke warm)! The table of 4 all loved the food - would definitely go back and will definitely recommend. I am not a lover of fish but I will definitely be trying this next time I visit. Great atmosphere - attentive staff - lovely surroundings. Well done!!

Surf & Turf in St Ives Cambridgeshire was great. Great Food, Great Service. Would definately recommend to others. Infact we are already planning to go back with another couple of friends. It's an amazing little restaurant and wouldn't have known it was there unless I was told by someone else. Perhapes they should do a bit more advertising although judging by the people there I don't think they would need to. All in all fantastic.Review
Surf & Turf in St Ives is one of two restaurants run by the same team, the other being The Windmill in Somersham. Both offer very good food, the standard of cooking being probably as high as can be found within a radius of around 10 miles. Oysters, fish and steak were all excellent. The new white tuna covered with sesame seeds was perhaps too large for most people's appetites, but was otherwise successful. Puddings are good value too.Visitors
