With cherry red sofas, white leather banquettes and parquet floors, Striped Bass prides itself on its fresh and simply served fish – and we love the Loch Fyne rock oysters with shallot and red wine vinegar dressing; and the monkfish fillet wrapped in Parma ham on a bed of mushy peas with lemon and chive butter.
