About Soul
Soul is a unique restaurant near Brussels’ Sablon, the brainchild of two expat Finnish sisters dedicated to creating meals that heal. Seriously. Almost everything at this comfortable, stylish restaurant is organic and you’ll not find any butter or refined sugar. What you will find are mood menus, like the Happy Menu or the Cleansing Menu, as well as set menus and weekly specials, and dishes specified for purposes like curing migraine. You’ll also find organic beers, wines, champagne and juices. Dishes include starter of mussels and lentils with garlic and white wine, main course of chilli beef noodles, and dessert of carrot cake. The dining room features typical Belgian décor, with wooden wainscoting, ochre walls, wooden seating and tables, and food-themed prints on the walls. Groups up to 35 can take it over and enjoy the food, then adjourn to dance it off at Havana. Good food, no guilt.

Booked on the recommendation of a finnish friend. We had a super meal, excellent, friendly service and a great argentinian Malbec wine. The food was really, really great. Very happy.

Although not vegetarian, there were a number of vege starters and mains we could have, by selecting off the a la carte & specialist 'menus'. It is a small restaurant, with eclectic decoration (twigs act as lampshades) making it dark, in a gloomy rather than romantic way. Close to the Sablon (although tucked away) it seems to be favoured by women (is that the menu?) A nice wine selection. The addition of cucumber and mint to the water, helped the substantial 2 courses go down - no space for puds!Review
The food is excellent and diverse, the service is helpful and friendly and the prices are very reasonable. It's always a pleasure to eat there with friends.Visitors
