Son Xotano is a charming and tranquil estate with sprawling grounds and natural woods, located in the heart of Mallorca's countryside. It is now managed by Thomas and Dana, a young professional couple who fell in love with Mallorca and the old country manor. With much previous experience in the hotel and restaurant business, they offer a place to enjoy good cuisine in an informal, homely and friendly setting. Every dish on the carefully designed seasonal menu is made with fresh, high quality ingredients obtained, where possible, from local suppliers. Moreover, the gardens on the estate produce a variety of items used in the kitchen such as oranges, mandarins, lemons, figs and olives.
