About Sonny's
Barnes' favourite restaurant to be seen in, is white walled, airy and elegant with a constantly changing collection of modern art. Owned by Rebecca Mascarenhas and James Harris it is invariably full of affluent locals together with the odd thespian or two. Always buzzy in the evenings, Sunday lunch is also popular with the Barnes brigade who bring in their awfully polite offspring before perambulating round the pond.
What's cooking?
Red cabbage, glazed shallots, port jus. Daubeouf beef, grilled tongue, button onions, salsify and pearl barley. Rhubarb and almond tart.
Opening hours:
Mon - Sat 12.30 - 2.30 + 7.30 - 11.00. Sun 12.30 - 3.00. Closed Bank Holidays.

Sonny's is a reiable and popular venue the lower main venue is more atmospheric than the bar area and upper roomReview
Sonny's is a regular haunt. The menus are inventive and seasonal, and prices less than you'd expect in this competitive market. Service is lively, professional, personal and sharp. The ambience is more than comfortable, bright and welcoming, as long as you make certain whether you get a table for quiet conversation or hustle bustle, both are available.Visitors
