Son Julia is the gastronomic restaurant located in the new, luxuriously restored Gran Hotel Son Julia of five stars. Executive chef Jordi Calvache and his team offer a cuisine prepared with fresh market produce and the very best ingredients in a stunningly rustic and at the same time modern, environment. The focus is on simple and pure cuisine, using a maximum of two or three products in order to let the natural flavours and tastes of the ingredients be experienced to a maximum.
