Located in Carvoeiro, this fantastic little restaurant is ideal for family nights out and romantic meals, and the restaurant boasts a relaxed dining room as well as a summer terrace complete with fountains and tropical flowers. Signature dishes at Restaurante Roma include the green tagliatelle in a salmon and Gorgonzola sauce; the wild boar cooked Roman style; and the squid served Monchique style - stuffed with minced ham, olive oil, onions, tomatoes and parsley.
