About Restaurant at The Bonham
Consistently referred to as one of Scotland’s finest hotels, The Bonham is a decadent boutique hotel in the heart of Edinburgh’s West End. The opulent dining room calls on the art deco period for inspiration with 30s glamour oozing from the caramel coloured drapes and burnished wood floors and lofty moulded ceilings harking back to the Victorian era. Lead by Chef Michel Bouyer the kitchen creates distinctive modern takes on classical French dishes using choice Scottish ingredients. Expect to enjoy a toothsome Roasted Loin of Venison accompanied by gnocchi and sloe gin jus and glorious desserts including Hot Chocolate Valhrona Chocolate Souffle.

Smart dining environment, good fresh local food although small portions! Good wine menu. Only niggle - bread was not fresh.

Bonham Edinburgh.albeit "nouveau" the portions were exceptionally small. Saturday night during festival,almost empty hence poor ambience.Review
The Bonham's "boozy snoozy" Sunday lunch deal must be the best value deal in Edinburgh! Excellent all round and I highly recommend it.Visitors
