About Red Sea
With its relaxed, bistro feel, Camberwell’s Red Sea mixes grown up sophistication with family friendly dining. Simply decorated in neutral tones with a glass frontage giving perfect people watching views on to the street Red Sea is generally packed with everyone from stylish young couples to groups of friends enjoying the Eritrean and Italian cuisine. While the Italian menu is comprehensive and delicious it’s the traditional Eritrean courses which have got visitors talking. Very tasty authentic Ethipoean food. We shared 3 vegetatrian and 1 beef dish with plenty of the delicious injura bread to go with it. The reaturant was a bit quiet but the ambience was still good and the husband and wife team were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Very good value meal too. Can highly recommend this place especially if you have never tried Ethiopean before.Review
The Red Sea offered a warm welcome and interesting dining options with its Eritrean dishes. The Red Sea feast was a good mixture of meat, pulses and vegetables and was much enjoyed though the food could have been served at a higher temperature. This restaurant deserves a wide clientele.Visitors
