The Hilton Cardiff is a 5-star hotel in the vibrant Welsh capital, and its Razzi Restaurant is equally upmarket. This frosted glass conservatory restaurant offers fine international cuisine with a focus on wood-fired oven cooking, including salt-baked sea bass and roasted Welsh lamb. Start with Cajun spiced salmon with Gem salad, roasted almonds and honey mustard dressing, then follow with breast of chicken layered with mozzerella and mango chutney and served with rosemary potatoes, braised leeks and bacon and a tomato concasse. For dessert, kid yourself that fruit equals health and tuck into the Citrus Trio – that’s orange cheesecake, lemon sorbet and lime tart with a passion fruit sauce. Or just head unashamedly for the double chocolate and nut mousse served with berry compote (see, healthy fruit again) and vanilla anglaise.

Please be aware that this restaurant gets very busy on matchdays and also when there are events on at The Millenium Stadium. Booking well in advance is advisable for these dates.
