A group of us dined at Piya Piya on a Saturday night. We arrived just before 8pm and we were the only diners in there! So there was not much of an atmosphere. The venue turns into a club around 9.30pm and we felt rushed with our meal as apparently our table was reserved for a birthday. Also when it came to ordering dessert, we were told that they only had ice-cream and had run out of everything else. After complaining they suddenly had pineapple fritters available! Food was delicious however!

Went to Piya Piya for a small team Christmas lunch last Friday. The express lunch menu is good value (free drink included) while the a la carte menu covers the usual pan-Asian fare. Chicken satay starter was yummy with tender chicken and a great peanut dip. Those who ordered red/green curries agreed that they were the creamiest they had ever had. It paid off - the curries were good. Decor is perhaps too funky for lunch but looks like a great evening venue. Try it out.

We had the set "Christmas Menu" at Piya Piya and the food was excellent with a good selection on offer. Food service was very good, but occasional slow for drinks service. We went on a Tuesday lunchtime so the restaurant was quiet, I would imagine later in the week there would be a good atmosphere as it is a good venue for eating and relaxing with a few drinks.
