About Perché
Perché Ristorante in Wandsworth is renowned for its fresh seafood, tasty pizzas and extensive Italian wine list. The sophisticated restaurant has an upmarket menu and dining room, yet has an unpretentious atmosphere making it a a relaxed place to enjoy fantastic Italian cuisine. With views of the River Thames, Perché is a fun place for family outings, and the open-plan pizza oven allows children to create their own bespoke pizzas. Signature dishes from the kitchen include the mussels cooked with butter beans in a spicy cherry tomato sauce; the pumpkin and potato gnocchi served in an Italian sausage and tomato sauce; and the delicious Carnaroli risotto cooked with vanilla pods and served with chocolate and fresh rhubarb compote for pudding.

Review
First time to Perche which only opened a few weeks ago. Still a few teething problems, starter and desert were lovely but main course could have been better. Service alternated between over attentive and non-existent. Ambience would have been better if they hadn't had a rather loud piano performance which drowned out all conversation. It's a lovely place by the river and I hope it only gets better as it could be really nice & would be a great place to go when the weather is nice.
