About Pembrokes Restaurant
Pembrokes enjoys a classic Surrey setting - a listed Georgian manor (now a hotel) at the top of leafy Richmond Hill overlooking the River Thames. Sadly, the views can’t be enjoyed from the restaurant. Still, it’s an attractive space since a refurbishment transformed the old library into a modern brasserie-style Modern European restaurant with three distinct areas. A small casual dining section next to the bar leads to the middle section – the preferred spot for candlelit dinners. At the back is a raised private dining space where sun streams through a Victorian-style skylight.
Pembrokes serves an all-day menu of brasserie favourites (homemade burgers) and classic light bites (Caesar salad), and a more refined menu (pan-fried calves liver with creamed chicoree, pancetta, and red onion jus) lunchtimes and evenings. The traditional Sunday lunchtime carvery is a real family occasion.

Pembrokes Restaurant, lovely food, nice surrounding. Give plenty of time if business meeting as fair distant uphill from tube.Review
Good value with top table offer. A bit noisy at the bar on the night we went - there was a wedding party present.Review
Food was delicious & great value for money but service was terrible. Out of food/drinks, waiting too long & less than friendly. Almost like all staff were new & not trained.Visitors
