About Pau Brasil
This exciting and energetic Brazilian restaurant in Manchester's Northern Quarter is a must for serious meat-lovers. Pau Brasil is a traditional Brazilian Churracaria, or steak house, which serves succulent cuts of meat – including poultry, beef, pork and fish - prepared by their in-house artisans served with your choice of salad, rice, beans or potatoes, and carved at your table. The colourful dining room at Pau Brasil, with sculptural lamps and vibrant artworks, is always buzzing with a carnivorous crowd, and is popular for parties and celebrations. The restaurant regularly hosts live Brazilian Forró music, and the bar has an excellent cocktail list. We highly recommend Pau Brasil's killer caipirinhas.

First time at Pau Brasil, 7 of us dined, good choice from the salad bar, grilled meat on skewers arrives about every 5 to 10 minutes, all meat seasoned and cooked perfectly, service was excellent , great night outVisitors
