The Lucknam Park Hotel Restaurant; The country setting and the traditional interior are immaculate and very impressive. Highlights were the attentive, but not pushy, staff; the generous canape's in a luxurious lounge; a good wine list accounting for varied budgets & tastes, and one of the most impressive cheese boards I have ever seen. There are no specific downsides but the atmosphere was a little lacking.

Lucknam Park fully deserves its Michelin Star. From the moment we arrived and valet parking was offerred, the service and quality were exemplary. Wines of good quality are available by the glass and the menu is varied and original.

Went for a long leisurely Sunday lunch to end a hen weekend and everyone thorougly enjoyed the experience. The service was impeccable and the attention to detail fantastic. The chef was even able to adapt the dishes last minute to one guest with very specific dietry requirements. Loved the pre-meal amuse-bouche and the post meal sweets. Bread selection was also fantastic and it was these little details that made the lunch the more memorable. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.
