As always food and service was excellent in Pappdums. We went as a group for a birthday lunch all of whom were extremely complimentary of the food and service. Although they were only given 30 minutes notice, they made a fantastic effort providing cake with candles, played Happy Birthday (in Indian and English!), took a photo and presented it in a card. The restaurant is a very nice venue as it is airy and spacious. Highly recommended for food, service, value and hosting a birthday dinner!

I really enjoyed the food at Popppadums Brentford. Fabulous starter of chickpeas on an wheat cracker followed by Goan fish curry, aubergine dish and spicy chicken curry. Absolutely divine peshwari naan. All food wonderful and a little bit different from run of the mill curry house. Air conditioning slightly overzealous and service a tad slow at the start. Will definitely go back. Nice location too.

Pappadums Restaurant by the river in Brentford is a real find. Tucked away down a little lane I would never have known it was there if friends hadn't highly recommended it. Lovely food - beautifully presented with loads of choice - the menu has a modern slant with new recipes unlike the standard fare you expect in an indian restaurant. Helpful and courteous service. Great setting.

Went to Pappadums on Mon. nite. Not too busy nice location by river. Enjoyed food - a change from the run of the mill indian fare. Service attentive but not intrusive. Will definately return.

I have been visiting Pappadums in Brentford about twice a year since it opened. I like it, I like the light decor, the food is always excellent. You will find unusual items and combinations. Don't know why they charge £1 to take away what you don't eat - silly on regular priced food. I loathe the car park, not their fault but amazed anyone ever finds them, which shows they must be good. They have lots of regulars and I will definitely be visiting again.
Eg. italian, Ritz, Benitos, meatballs...
