A brilliant find in the Museum area of Amsterdam. A bit out of the way but getable by catching the Tram 16 and a short walk. Brilliant for the evening.

If you are looking for an alternative to the cafes in Amsterdam and good tasty food, then head to Palma. It is slightly outside the city centre, but worth the trip (and a tram ride to the park and then a short stroll gets you there). Service was very friendly, great wine list and tasty food. Limited menu but food prepared on order. Ask for a table by the window.

Palma is a cosy Italian restaurant in an affluent residential neighbourhood that clearly enjoys the repeat business of the locals. Excellent food at reasonable prices, especially in contrast to the over-priced rubbish churned out at many of the city's tourist trap eateries. Worth the trip but plan to get a tram or taxi back to the hotel of you're staying in the centre. Service friendly and helpful but a little slow.

Palma was nice Italian restaurant away from the main hussle and bussle of central Amsterdam. The service was excellent, food was enjoyable and the atmosphere was very relaxed. A very good restaurant to go for a quiet evening meal.(found 5 reviews)
