About Pablo's
Situated in the very centre of Brighton, Pablo’s is just a stone’s throw from the seafront and within easy reach of the main shopping areas of the city, making it as much a local’s restaurant as somewhere which draws in tourists. A green painted front and large windows give a welcoming first impression while indoors you’ll find a relaxed, trattoria atmosphere where cheerful yellow walls are lined with prints and round wooden tables make for a sociable meal. The classic Italian menu includes favourites such as spaghetti Bolognese, lasagne and a range of pizzas while fish and seafood is a speciality.
Opening hours:
Mon - Sun 12pm - 11pm

Wonderful service and great value with the special offer.Review
I had a fantastic meal with family at Pablos. The food is very reasonably priced and very tasty! I had the Moules Marine & they were delicious. Overall a fab evening and a good atmosphere in the restaurant.Review
I visited Pablo's with two friends at 8 p.m. on Thursday, 10th June. The restaurant was very crowded with young people all talking at the tops of their voices and there was loud music. This made normal talking very difficult. The service was very good and the choice of food with the Top Table offer was quite wide. The food was ample, but not exceptional. For a lively evening out it was quite fun. I am not sure whether I would go again.Visitors
