Oriental Village is different to other chinese buffet type places by having high standards. You get a new plate after each course and they were covered in a special storage trolley. Soft coloured lights reflected off the pristine white walls, staff were friendly and helpful, wide choice of dishes and food wasn't greasy either. Highly recommended. I'm taking my friends there soon!

We dined for lunch at the Oriental Village on a Sunday. It was not that busy, but had a number of regulars there. We had the £14.99 (+10% service added) 4 course “eat as much as you like”. You could eat until you burst, but you will not, because the dish portions are exceedingly sensible. Rather than overload you with food, you choose what you wish, and if you like it, just order more. This way you only eat that which you like and it does not end up being thrown in the bin. We ate our way through the menu with great pleasure, excellent food served with care. It was all very tasty and we did order multiples of the same dish when we just fancied a little more. The service was very professional, with a break in service offered before main course. Within the price range, this restaurant is excellent value I am sure I will return and commend this restaurant to other top tablers, If you appreciate South Asian Cuisine, I am sure you will not be disappointed. Do ensure you have a jasmine tea served as a ball of leaves that grows into a flower in the wine glass its served in, looks good and tastes great!(found 4 reviews)
