The Olive Tree - Chapel Allerton Excellent meal - highly recommend!! We are regular visitors of the restaurant and never had a bad experience. Food is always to a very high standard - it would be nice to see a re-vamped menu though!

I dined at the Olive Tree on a busy Friday night. The food was absolutely spot on and the service was excellent. The restaurant is small and cosy, the only negative point being that our table for 5 was placed directly next to the door which made it cold any time anyone came in and out or if anyone went to the toilet. The table was also squeezed in a little so we had to lean forward everytime a waiter went past. Other than that I would highly recomend it.

Went to the Olive Tree in Chapel Allerton for the early bird menu. The food was lovely, and very filling. The service was good and the restaurant had a lively yet relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Not the most plush restaurant, especially the waiting room upstairs! But it doesnt matter that much when the food is as excellent as that served...great atmosphere & prompt service all added up2 an excellent evening

My boyfriend and I are regulars at the Olive Tree Chapel Allerton, so were dissapointed on our last visit when our Kleftedes (meatballs) starter was served cold. It was however quickly whisked away and replaced. The menu specifies that service charges are optional. A 10% charge is always automatically added to the bill, which is usually fine, but we thought a bit cheeky after the cold food incident. I would rather have the option to leave a cash tip. Will no doubt return again though!

As always my boyfriend and I enjoyed our meal at The Olive Tree, Chapel Allerton. We were dissapointed however when a) our meatballs were served cold (for the second time) and b) I was given a dirty plate. But it was no trouble to get a replacement dish and clean plate. Will still return!

The Olive Tree is possibly the best Greek Restaurant I have been to. The food is a mouthwatering selection of Greek favourites. Service charge is included, but for that you get a olives and pitta bread to whet your appetite for what is to come. Was a tad disappointed with the house red, but as always the food was fantastic! I had the lamb cutlets which were cooked to perfection... will definitely go back to the Olive Tree, as the welcome is always very warm and that atmosphere fantastic!

A comprehensive menu offering a wide range of native Greek dishes. Service was good, the staff being attentive and polite. The proximity of the tables lead to a loss of any "intimate" atmosphere but this was a lively restaurant giving good value for money.
