About Old Parsonage Hotel
The Old Parsonage Hotel is surprise package just outside of Oxford’s City Centre. Giving the impression of being in the middle of the countryside just minutes from the urban sprawl its restaurant is a must for those tired of exhaust fumes and deadlines. Log fires and a casually sophisticated atmosphere can make you feel like you need never see the office again, even if you’re just dropping in for an early breakfast before work. Head Chef Mark Bristow uses regional produce to add to the countryside flavour too, presenting his diners with traditional European food as suited to a long leisurely lunch as an evening meal.
Live jazz nights take place every Friday while throughout the summer there is a barbeque on the terrace.
Opening hours:

This is a delightful old inn. They have a limited menu, which they acknowledge, and must have a few items for guests who may not want a "grand" meal. But what they have is very well executed and enjoyable. The pacing is excellent and they assume you have the table for the evening. It appears to be a popular place for students to meet their parents, or potential employers/tutors to meet their favorite candidates/proteges ...perhaps for the greatest benefit of the hosts. The lobster was excellent.Review
Amazing food and lovely setting. Very pricey - I took six friends out for a special treat and its not cheap. However, it was a grat evening and I can't really fault it. Old Pasonage is the best restaurant in Oxford!Review
Booked for my partner's birthday, had a very enjoyable evening, good food and wine and service at the right pace - not too fast, not too slow.Visitors
