About Nick's Brasserie
Nick Colley’s new brasserie is the first time the chef has headed a restaurant of his own, despite being highly regarded in the game for 12 years. Nick’s Brassiere combines oak flooring, bare brick and exposed beams to create a warm, earthy restaurant atmosphere – just like a traditional brassiere should feel. The glass and stainless steel along with the smartly aproned, friendly staff root Nick’s Brasserie in the modern day whilst its Great British rustic dishes, making up a menu which changes according to season and produce so as to provide dishes at their prime, nod clearly and proudly towards tradition. Nick’s Brassiere also has a Terrace area, perfect for Leeds’ more tropical afternoons.
Please note this restaurant only takes Toptable bookings Tuesday - Thursday.

We dined at Nick's Brasserie on a thursday evening, which was surprisingly quiet. The waitress was nice and reasonably helpful, if a little bored to be there. The starters offered a very good variety, but were both big on the price and the plate. The paella was nice but overpowered by the inclusion of a strong chorizo which wasn't mentioned on the menu. The sea bass was beautifully cooked, but the crushed new potatoes were a little unimaginative. Overall, it was good, but a little pricey.Review
The food at Nick's Brasserie was amazing if slightly over priced. Nice open plan restaurant and good service.Review
Nick's Brasserie is in a stunning converted warehouse. The menu was fairly limited for the early bird set menu but there was still vegetarian options available. The seabass was amazing and the sticky toffee pudding was fantastic! The wine is expensive by the glass so order a bottle as only a couple of pounds more! Altogether a good experience though - will be back!Visitors
