About Mussel Inn
There's nothing fishy about the Mussel Inn, well, apart from the wide range of seafood on offer of course. Owned and run by shellfish farmers, who grow mussels and other wonders in the freshest waters off the West Coast of Scotland, this is no doubt a truly natural 'green' cuisine. No one appreciates the seafood cuisine like these people, who were originally wholesale suppliers before launching their own empire of speciality eateries. And there's nothing like a passionate chef, and this restaurant definitely fits the bill.
