It sounds like a weird mix. It's a Chinese restaurant with Chinese decor, in a jungle setting with the odd night of jazz. But like jam and peanut butter this odd sounding combination really works, has won a really loyal following, and looks fabulous. Other contradictions about Mr Wing include a stunning wine list, a well thought out menu (with heat ratings for its hotter dishes) and a cocktail bar, elements that Chinese restaurants either neglect or forget altogether.
