Mirrors Restaurant is of a vibrant atmosphere, part of the Novotel London Euston hotel. In a contemporary and stylish environment the restaurant offers a modern-European cuisine perfect for business meals and more informal gatherings. Mirrors cuisine is inspired by European eclectic cuisine using the finest produce and holding true to the traditional values of cooking. With a wide varitey of 'À la carte' dishes for lunch and dinner and a buffet to complement, the restaurant was recently rewarded with 1AA rosette. Executive chef Denzil Newton says "combining the classics with modern global influences really brings an exciting element to the dishes".
