About Menier Chocolate Factory
A very special space, the Menier Chocolate Factory is a former chocolate factory, but now wonderfully converted into an arts space housing a theatre, gallery and restaurant. The charm of the original building has been retained in this two-level dining room, with exposed brick and timber beams, iron columns and an open, casual ambience. The modern British menu features dishes like starter of pan fried langoustine with garlic butter and celeriac remoulade, main course of grilled pork chop on potato, parsnip and apple rosti with calvados sage butter, and pudding of apricot and kirsch crème brulée. Or you could just opt for the burger. Please note, Menier Chocolate Factory does not accept bookings of more than 8 people through toptable.
Please note - this venue does not take toptable bookings between 6pm and 8pm or at any time for lunch on Saturday and Sunday.

The Menier Chocolate Factory experience was a fantastic one! We had an amazing meal, it was a date and the setting was perfect for this - informal and intimate. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends.

I thought the Mernier Choclate factory was beautiful venue but I have to say I was really disappointed to find out that only half of the menu was actually available as they were changing the menu (24/11/07), this should have been made clear when we were booking. On the plus side the food we did get was really good and well presented. The service was pretty ok, I think it may have been suffering due to complaints about the limited menu but it is their job to deal with it.Review
Menier Chocolate Factory is a really nice surprise. Good british food and a lively atmosphere make this place a top lunch spot in my view.Visitors
