About Mehfil
Mehfil is where those who live in Southall, or stay at the 31-room Three Tuns Hotel go when hungry for a top notch Indian in spacious, contemporary surroundings. Relax with a beer or glass of wine at the hotel bar before taking an elegant wooden seat at your table. Most dishes are North Indian; all are tempting. Appetizers include fish amritsari, marinated then deepfried; some gorgeously sweet onion bhajis, and dhali bhalle; lentil dumplings in a spicy yoghurt. Starting at £4 mains are marvellous value, and range from the well-loved chicken madras to a creamy dal makhani of textured black lentils in butter. The relaxed atmosphere livens up on Friday and Saturday evenings when the music is turned up and drinks prices are lowered.

What a lovely way to spend a Friday night... A fantastic dining experience, food was great, fantastic value for money, the service was impeccable and the chef even came out to introduce himself, a really nice touch. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.

The mehfil restaurant is a gem. Food is great, service is great and the atmosphere in the restaurant is pretty good too. The design of the restaurant makes it a lovely place to enjoy good Indian food. Varied menu, lots of new things one could try and plenty of choice for vegetarians. It was my brother's birthday and they brought out a little chocolate cupcake with a candle - nice touch. Desserts are good too, and they have a large bar in the middle of the room. If in this area, you must try it!Review
Good food, good ambience. Only downside is the location - parking is difficult to find. However do not let this put you off, you will have a good evening here!Visitors
