About Marco Polo on the River
Marco Polo on the River, adjacent to Wandsworth Park on Putney Wharf and across the river from the exclusive Hurlingham Club transports you to the Mediterranean via its soft pink and orange lighting, dramatic riverside views and broad modern Italian menu. This ultra glamorous yet relaxed restaurant has an extensive a la carte menu and eclectic wine list plus friendly staff. Unsurprisingly it has become a firm favourite with the Fulham and Putney crowd.
Please be aware that this restaurant has 2 sittings on a Saturday - 7pm and 9pm.This restaurant is only open for coffee from 10am - 12pm on Sundays.

Dining at Marco Polo is always such an enjoyable experience & this time was no exception,especially when as were celebrating a family birthday.The staff are so welcoming & friendly & attentive & serenaded the birthday boy with their own version of Happy Birthday!The food was excellent as usual and it was nice not to be hurried into ordering so we could enjoy our time together.I cannot recommend Marco Polo highly enough As a diner you are made to feel so at home there!

we went to Marco Polo for a christmas meal and it did not disappoint - we had been for a birthday dinner which had been excellent and the experience was similarly good this time round. Highly recommended.Review
Had an early Christmas Eve meal at Marco Polo and we were pleased to see the new menu with greater choice than before. The service was excellent and very friendly - we arrived before the rush (they had bookings for 40 covers for later on) and we had a huge fuss made of us.The food was good and plentiful. A very pleasant start to our evening.Visitors
