A North London institution for well over a century, the Lord’s Tavern Bar & Brasserie has been a haven for cricket-lovers. This stylishly-relaxed venue features a regularly changing menu of modern European hits, such as pan-fried crab cakes with saffron mayonnaise and spicy leaves or a braised lamb, leek and wild mushroom pie with Savoy cabbage and parsley mash. Lords Tavern is a great place to come with a group of friends for lunch and a beer. We had a sunny table on the terrace and the roast beef was nice and rare. Highly recommended.

we dined at the lords tavern on monday night. we were the only tabel in so hard to get great ambience. food to along time to arrive - over an hour and we were the only tabel. we had to find people from out the back when we required more drinks. 2 people on the table had med rare steaks however these arrived almost well done. Once recooked the food was lovely. not sure i would rush back!Review
Lord's Tavern Bar and Brasserie is a lovely looking restaurant, however, the ambiance is somewhat lacking, I went on a Saturday lunchtime and it was pretty empty!. I had steak, which I requested to be medium rare, it came well done. My fellow diner had lamb which I cannot fault. In both dishes the potatoes were AWFUL!!!! my chips were virrtually raw and my friend's potato creation tasted as if it had been re-heated from the day before!
