About London Road Restaurant & Wine Bar
London Road restaurant in Alderley Edge is a smart, upmarket yet relaxed restaurant with all the style and nous of the Heathcotes group from which it sprung. The delightfully sleek interior features lots of glass, dark wood tables, cool white seating and fresh flowers. A pair of terraces offer smart al fresco dining, too. The menu is a selection of French and British dishes, classic and innovative, of the freshest ingredients, as well as daily specials and small plates from the Robata grill, though the signature dish must be the deep-fried halibut with chips and mushy peas. Huge, excellent wine list and small, fine children’s menu make London Road superb for every kind of great dining.

London Road in Alderley Edge was a pleasant suprise. The menu was interesting with a good range of creative dishes. It was irritating for one of the 'dishes of the day' to be off the menu due to a lack of key ingredients! Pleasant atmosphere and good wine with friendly service.

London Road in Alderley is one of Heathcote's restaurants. As ever the surroundings, food and atmosphere were very good. Unfortunately we were 15 minutes early and our table was not ready, we declined a drink at the bar. Subsequently it was half an hour before we were seated and a drink order taken at the table. Will definitely go back.Review
London Road Restaurant is one of the Heathcote chain and is a family favourite, be it for lunch or dinner. Lunch yesterday was the Menu of the day and was excellent 'budget' food. Staff always make you welcome and I look forward to returning.Visitors
