Once you step inside, you’ll find a brightly shipshape interior in sunny yellows with scads of leafy plants on the ground floor, while the Crofts Wine Cellar downstairs is a cosy spot with original stone floors and brickwork and a four hundred year old oven in place. The freshest of fish are chosen daily and presented in an array, uncooked, for you to choose from. It’s whisked away and cooked precisely to your order. Not feeling fishy? An extensive menu featuring steaks and grills is also available. Service is fleet and friendly. Wines are international, carefully chosen and affordable.
