About Le Mas du Soleil
Le Mas du Soleil – or 'farm house of the sun' – is a superb restaurant set inside a historic 4-star hotel in Salon-de-Provence. The sunny dining room, with large picture windows overlooking the garden, has an elegant yet relaxed ambience, and the kitchen at Le Mas du Soleil is renowned for its fresh, traditional cuisine. Head Chef Francis Robin has designed a menu using the local produce of Provence, and her signature dishes include the fillet of beef served with roast potatoes, truffle butter and fresh salad; the duck breast cooked with lemon and honey and served with a fruit glaze and vegetables; and the sea bream cooked with a fennel crust served with roasted tomatoes.
