We chose Las Iguanas for our re-union with close friends as it seemed to promise a buzzy atmosphere with interesting, Latin American food - it did not disappoint. We all enjoyed the occasion which was further enhanced by the 2 for 1 cocktail offer. Even a noisy children's party close by did not interfere with our shared sense of occasion. Good value, great service - recommended.

Las Inguanas in Leicester is an absolute treat. Delicious food in a young and funky setting with great decor and friendly staff. The food was brilliant with some interesting combinations - we ate from the early dinner special menu (starter and main for £7.50) and portions were generous. Cocktails are buy 1 get 1 free during happy hour and beers are dirt cheap. Heaven! When I go to Leicester again I will definitely be going back... wish we had one in London!

Las Iguanas is always buzzing and the waiting staff are attentive. This is my fourth visit and I can't wait to go back again! The food is gorgeous and not expensive, and there are lots of cocktails to choose from! Definitely recommended!

Las Iguanas - Leicester. Fun lively venue, good for a group meal out. Service average - took time to be seated and then a delay before ordering meant we only got our starters an hour after the table was booked. Food was good and not too pricey.

If you want a Leicester restaurant that is buzzing with life, has bags of vibe and plenty of colour, Las Iguanas is definitely the right choice. Xinxim chicken is their speciality and highly recommended. The paella was good though spicier than you might imagine. Dessert was a little on the small side, but a pitcher of sangria went down well. The staff did try to bill us an extra £5.50 for drinks we hadn't had which was a little concerning, but in fairness this was corrected without fuss.

This was my first time to a Las Iguanas restaurant and WOW! The food was fantastic, one of the best latin american restaurants i have been to. I reccommend you get seated before 7.30 as the have happy hour on cocktails which are 2 for 1. They are delicious! I almost didnt have room for desert, but the Vanilla cheesecake and Blackcurrent sorbets are a must!
Eg. italian, Ritz, Benitos, meatballs...
