About Las Iguanas - Leeds
Whoever said it's grim up North clearly needed a night out at Leeds' Las Iguanas. This town centre model of Latino liveliness is all about bold, bright fun - from the tropical decor and lush greenery to the curvy booths and colourful mosaics. Happy tunes play all day long, propelling the happy staff as they buzz from table to table. There's plenty of exciting flavours and dishes to choose from - wraps, enchiladas, tapas and salads, as well as fish, and regional specialties such as flame-grilled Argentinean grills. You won't leave with room for more, that's for sure. The drink of choice is Las Iguanas Magnifica Cachaca, cachaca being the national drink of Brazil.
Please note on Friday and Saturday evenings this restaurant only takes bookings at 7pm and 9pm.

Depsite a table of 30 lads on a stag do (worst nightmare) the service was relatively good and noise not too overpowering. The one problem that needed addressing was the toilets, dark & dingy, no locks on some and not in a good state - ergh! Overall had a very nice meal and good cocktails in the bar afterwards, great night.Review
went for a hen night - good food, great cocktails - would recommendReview
Restaurant: Las Iguanas Date: 7/9/07 Had a team meal for 9 that was a big hit. Started off with caprinhas (bit too much ice) and spiced rum mojitos at the bar which are good way to kick things off. Service was really excellent, and the restaurant was surprisingly quiet for a Thursday night. Ordered sharing tapas platters to start along with nachos and calamari whih disappeared quickly. Vegetarians in our group had plenty to choose from. Fajitas and salmon salad got good reviews.Visitors
