About La Petite Cour

This delightful, romantic, ravishing small restaurant is set in a side street just a few steps from St Sulpice (You've read The DaVinci Code, haven't you?) in the arty neighbourhood of St Germain. Recently renovated, it is now decorated in shades of bright yellow and blood red, but it is the all-season terrace, with its awnings and charming fountain, that really make La Petite Cour irresistible. That and the high-quality modern French cooking. Chef Emmanual Gomez's menu follows the seasons, featuring dishes like starter of crayfish and lentil soup, main course of veal liver cassis with parsnip puree, and dessert of fresh figs in spiced syrup. Very good service.

Upon arrival, please inform the restaurant that your booking was made via toptable.

The setting for La Petite Cour is fantastic, near bustling St Germain du Pres, but once inside the environment is intimate and charming. The staff are friendly and not pretentious so the service is friendly but excellent. The food is excellent, and good value at £30 for a the 3 course dinner menu with wine separate, of which there is a large and varied choice. An excellent choice any time you are in Paris.

Review

My boyfriend and I visited La Petite Cour after reading the reviews on on toptable and we were not disappointed.. We both started with a Kir Royal. My boyfriend ordered from the '3 courses for 37 euros' menu - it just happened that the dishes he wanted fell within that menu. All 3 courses were delicious, good portions and excellent presentation. The service was just right, would definitely visit again on our next visit to Paris.
