Lamars restaurant occupies a chic, loft-like space in the recently refurbished Fourways House in Manchester. Exposed brick walls, original iron columns and timber floors accented with red and black designer wallpaper and eccentric lamps give the restaurant an authentic warehouse feel. The bistro-style dining room at Lamars, complete with crisp tablecloths and leather seats, is always bustling with a young creative crowd, and is guaranteed to impress friends, dates or clients. The classic British menu features favourites such as pan fried sea bass served with green lentils, spinach and new potato masala, and the spring Welsh lamb with spinach, buttery swede fondant and creamy mash.
