It was a fantastic meal - espensive! We had one vegetarian in our group and dispite prior warning all that was offered was a plate of boiled mixed vegetables! Very disappointing.

For a traditional but warmly welcoming experience, La Maison du Cygne is hard to beat. It is very expensive, but you would expect that in an oak paneled, chandelier-hung room overlooking Brussels' famous Grand Place. Note: the restaurant is on the same side of the square as the Gothic town hall, and the windows are small, so the view is not spectacular - but it is atmospheric. The food was impeccable and relatively modern, and for a "grand" restaurant, the service unstuffy and very friendly.

La Maison du Cygne is an excellent restaurant but it is very expensive, especially with current sterling/euro exchange rates. I would recommend it to friends on the basis of a special occasion venue due to it being very expensive.

For a Business Lunch. The place had great look and feel, with plenty of space. Classic. Food was tasty, and very well presented. Great service, though you need to allow time for the meal.

This is a very special restaurant. In the corner of La Grande Place with a commanding view across the square. A warm and friendly welcome. Entrance by lift to first floor dining area. Staff were charming and discreet with great attention to detail. Food was of the highest quality. Atmosphere quiet but warm and relaxing. First Class Service. My wife and I had a superb evening. I would highly recommend this restaurant.(found 7 reviews)
