La Brasserie, Brompton Road, London SW7. 8 Dec 2007 Food excellent, best oysters I've had commercially in this country, wonderful steak perfectly cooked. Wine list, even house wines, very expensive. Service slow, inaccurate and rude. Average price per head for two courses, two-thirds of bottle of wine each, and COMPULSORY 12.5% service charge £53.Review
La Brasserie continues to be a trendy spot for lunch, with simple dishes and quality just good enough to continue going there. But you go there for the relaxed atmosphere, not the food.Review
La Brasserie was nice but nothing 100% special. Looks to be more of a night time place.Visitors
