About La Brasserie
La Brasserie restaurant in Chester’s acclaimed Chester Grosvenor Hotel is a modern version of a Belle Epoque Parisian brasserie. With glass frontage, in the French style, it is lit by a hand-painted glass sky light, and furnished with black leather banquettes, sleek granite tables, flowing marble sculptures, and catch-the-action mirrors. This is the spot for full meals – with a choice of classic grills -- or light bites with a tres Francais menu under the direction of executive chef Simon Radley, who adds many inventive dishes to the mix. The ambience is tranquil and sophisticated. This restaurant is an award-winner, and you see it everywhere, from the décor to the wine list to the cuisine to the deft service. Great for people-watching, too.

Always a pleasureReview
La Brasserie in the Grosvenor Hotel, Chester is an excellent place to eat. The modern French-style food is superb, in portions that are not too big or small. Main courses all well presented and very tasty. Lovely desserts, great choice of wine. Friendly efficient service, great surroundings (mirrored walls, excellent decorated glass ceiling, comfortable seats). Clean facilities. Relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend this restaurant whole-heartedly.Visitors
