Restaurant Koefoed opened in late 2006 with the aim of providing a 'sense of Bornholm in the heart of Copenhagen'. With a focus on the quality products from this little Danish island, this may be the city's first restaurant that aims at providing regional food in this way and takes pride in showcasing the simple, good-quality local ingredients that can be found on the island.
