First time at Kew Grill. After reading previous reviews our expectations were quite high, I'm glad to say that my expectations were fully met. Would recommend AWT @ Kew Grill for a great night out - great food, great wine...

I booked the Kew Grill for my fathers Birthday and was excited at the prospect of a meal at a restaurant with so many good reviews on Toptable - however on arrival, despite recieving confirmation of the booking, our reservation had been cancelled. An alternative in the Barnes restaurant was offered but by this point we had had enough - moved on to a nearby pub with excellent food & service and I won't being trying the Kew Grill again as little attempt was made to rectify their error.

Although my wife & I are vegetarians, we booked the Kew Grill as one of our party is a very fussy meat eater! Couldn't have made a better choice... great ambience, great attentive service, great food (if somewhat limited if you are a veggie) & a great evening had by all - highly recommend it!!

this restaurant has been consistently good and last night was no exception food wise.The staff seemed a little tired, which is unusual, perhaps they have had to work harder due to the time of year. I would recommend The Kew Grill, especially on a Sunday Evening when it it much less pressured.

Four of us ate Sunday lunch at Kew Grill on November 25. We chose this restaurant due to its proximity to Kew Gardens. This is the only thing that Kew Grill has going for it. We all had roast beef ranging from rare to well done. The meat was tough and yorkshire puddings almost burnt and dry,but the vegetables were good. The tables were far too small (no room for the huge plates) and the restaurant narrow and pokey. Service was very average.

We dined at The Kew Grill on Friday and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was great and, despite my concerns through other reviews, the service was excellent! The fillet is gorgeous but we also enjoyed the cold water prawn starter and crumble for pudding. The toilets are small, but very clean, and this allows for more dining room in the restaurant which is more of a priority. It is not cheap but we certainly got what we paid for. I would highly recommend it.

A lovely Sunday afternoon was spent in the Kew Grill (Kew Green). Food and service were super and the atmosphere buzzy!
Eg. italian, Ritz, Benitos, meatballs...
