Jaan is a contemporary, minimalist space modelled after the famous Jaan restaurant in Singapore, Beverly Hills and Montreux. Chef Paul Peters has created a sublime menu inspired in the modern French cuisine with Asian influences. And to polish off the staff at the restaurant are as friendly as they are knowledgeable.
