About Indigo - West Sussex
Indigo, Worthing’s only AA-awarded restaurant, is in the privately-owned Ardington Hotel. Set in an Edwardian terrace, the hotel is just 100 yards from Worthing’s attractive pier and promenade and Indigo is on the ground floor overlooking Steyne Gardens. The restaurant features cool white walls and crisp white linen, softened with touches of blue. There’s a fixed-price menu that changes regularly, but if you’re going a al carte, kick off with chicken and walnut terrine with sweet pepper chutney. Follow this with breast of guinea fowl with wild mushroom sauce and mash or pan-fried scallops with ginger and fennel cream. The glazed prune and Armagnac tart is awesome, but if you don’t have much of a sweet tooth you can finish off with some excellent Sussex cheeses. Presentation is elaborate and service is swift and professional.
Opening hours:
Mon - Sun: 12pm - 2pm & 7pm - 10pm (last orders 8.45pm)

I have lived in Worthing for almost 2 years now and this is the first time I have been to Indigo. I thought everything was excellent and not too expensive. I look forward to going back again soon.Review
Brilliant. Really enjoyed this restaurant and my friends did too. Can't wait to go backReview
Indigo - this is my second visit - and the food was nowhere near as good as the first time. Maybe because this was a Thursday (cheaper) rather than a Friday full price.Visitors
