About Indian Zing Restaurant
Indian Zing restaurant in Hammersmith has won rave reviews its modern, light yet robustly-flavoured Indian food. Indeed, it’s one of Fay Maschler’s Top Five Indian restaurants. Formerly Deputy head chef at Chutney Mary and Head Chef at Veeraswamy, chef-proprietor Manoj Vasiakar has got the traditional/contemporary mix right on the money. Deciding what to have is agony – so make your mates promise to share, then start with Prawn and Aubergine Kharkhatla and move on to the delicately-spiced Fish Shirale (cooked in coconut milk and finished with onion and tomato masala) or the crackingly good Duck Chettinad. Sides have a similar “wow” factor, with dishes like bottlegourd and pumpkin cooked with lentils and mustard seeds, while brilliant fusion desserts include masala bread and butter pudding. With spot-on service, elegantly relaxed surroundings and very reasonable prices, this Indian will make your heart Zing.

The Indian Zing has fabulous modern Indian food (especially love the vegetable thali and the paneer samosas) and great service too. Hasn't disappointed me yet. Highly recommended.

we'll definitely be returning to indian zing: awesome food, and very reasonable prices. it was a bit quiet but it was a sunday night, and the night before ny's eve so it was hardly suprising... great quality ingredients and inventive menu too.Review
Absolutely amazing!! The best dining experience I have had in this price range. The food was delicious. The menu is not like any other Indian restaurant, Its fusion food must be tried. The level of service was perfect. The waiters do not constantly bother you, but are always close by if you want to grab their attention. Cannot faultany aspect of the entire dining experience.Visitors
